Istanbul HABEV 2nd Real Estate and Mortgage Trade Fair for Homes and Offices

We participated in the HABEV 2nd Real Estate and Mortgage Trade Fair for Homes and Offices which was organized for the second time at Lütfi Kırdar Congress and Exhibition Hall between the dates of August 31st and September 2nd featuring the slogan “A home for each family.”

The stand we set up at this important trade fair, an event where potential home buyers can view all of the property projects throughout Turkey at once and get related information, was flocked by the people wishing to a home owner, along with native and foreign property investors. While potential home owners and the investors obtained some information from our stand personnel regarding the kolayeval.com and buyfromdeveloper.com portal, several developer firms attending the fair entered into our portfolio.

Moscow International Trade Fair for Real Estate Abroad

Organized for the first time in Moscow on 26-28 September, 97 firms from 25 different countries participated in the International Trade Fair for Real Estate Abroad. The most prestigious home projects were showcased during the trade fair visited by 22 thousand people.

With the stand we set up in this important trade fair, we also had a chance to promote over 250 projects in our portfolio in the Russian market. We proudly connected the investors visiting our very popular stand directly with our member developer firms.

Belgium Second Place Trade Fair

Second Place Trade Fair, the first organized commercial property fair in the world, took place in Belgium between the dates of 28-30 September. A significant increase in the number of the visitors was registered this year.

The projects from France, Spain, and Turkey were more popular at the fair where the visitors interested in buying a second property had a chance to view their options from the different countries featured. The BFD stand was once again among the most popular ones. The visitors of the trade fair had the opportunity of viewing more than 250 projects included in our portfolio.

Istanbul Realistexpo Trade Fair

The biggest property trade fair of Eurasia with the number of its visitors and the 20 thousand square meters of covered area, the Realistexpo took place at Istanbul Fair Center with the participation of 80 companies. The trade fair brought together all the components of the real property sector between the dates 27-30 September and was visited by 20 thousand people.

Aiming at connecting the Turkish real property sector with the investors of foreign origin, 400 new projects were introduced to the visitors during the Realistexpo Property Trade Fair. We on the other hand, effectively promoted both our portal and over 250 projects found in our portfolio at the stand we set up.

Russian Invest Show Trade Fair for Real Property

Organized to target both international investors and regional real property markets and bringing together an extensive property portfolio suitable for all kinds of budgets, the Invest-show Trade Fair for Real Property was visited by more than 30 thousand people this year.

We organized several events during the fair in which we participated to showcase our portfolio in the Russian market which is quite important for the Turkish property sector. While BFD stand was among the most popular ones in the fair, we established important connections with the visitors as well as future oriented ones.

The Homes Worldwide Trade Show in England

We also participated in The Homes Worldwide Trade Show organized in Lingfield Park on 6-7 October. Real property investors, potential home buyers, and experts in the real estate sector showed great interest in the trade fair showcasing the home projects from many different countries and regions, such as Brazil, Canary Islands, South Africa, and Egypt.

The stand we set up to promote our web portal was quite popular as usual. The visitors viewing our portal said that they never saw anything similar, and had a chance to take a look at more than two hundred and fifty projects in our portfolio.

Holland International Second Home Trade Fair

Promotion has been among our essential activities since the day we began our journey dedicated to the goal of connecting the investors with the developer firms in the real estate sector without a mediator through an efficient marketing system based on the internet. We especially made an effort to participate in the most exciting sector related trade fairs.

Grounded in this concept, we participated in the International Second Home Trade Fair organized in Holland between the dates of 12-14 October. We showcased more than 250 projects from the Aegean and Mediterranean regions at the stand we set up during the fair which was attended by real estate and construction companies and sector experts from all over the world.

Dubai Cityspace Real Estate Trade Fair

The heart of the real property sector was throbbing once again this year at the world’s largest real estate trade fair organized in Dubai, the trade and shopping center of the United Arab Emirates. Over 45 thousand real property experts, investors, and visitors from 120 different countries attended the Cityspace Dubai Real Estate Trade Fair in which we also participated as BFD. We had the opportunity of establishing very important connections during this 3 days long fair where more than one thousand companies showcased their projects.

The trade fair took place between the dates of 16-18 October at the Dubai International Fair and Convention Center where we set up a stand and worked diligently to promote Bodrum and Turkey, as well as to introduce more than hundred and fifty projects included in our portfolio to those looking to purchase a home or make an investment.

Germany Sun Invest 2007 International Trade Fair for Real Property Investment

The three days long Sun Invest 2007 International Trade Fair for Real Property Investment took place on 19-21 October in Essen, Germany. The attendance was higher than expected to the trade fair which brought real estate experts, investors, home financing experts, real estate and developer companies together.

Istanbul Euro-Real Estate 2007 European Property Investment and Development Trade Fair

Another important trade fair we participated as BFD was the Euro-Real Estate 2007 Property Investment and Development Trade Fair. Coming together for this important event organized at CNR Expo Fair Center between the dates of 8-11 November, the sector professionals and the investors had a chance to get information on the latest developments observed worldwide.

We welcomed several local and foreign visitors and actively promoted over hundred and fifty projects included in our portfolio at our stand we set up during the Euro-Real Estate 2007 Property Investment and Development Trade Fair where more than 300 new projects were showcased. We also signed up some new subscribers for our web portal at the BFD stand, which was one of the popular stands visited mostly by the investors coming from overseas.

Sweden Buying Properties Abroad Trade Fair

We try and consider the most efficient fairs in the sector and a wide geography when it comes to the selection of the fairs and trade shows we will be participating in order to promote over two hundred and fifty projects included in our portfolio. In other words, we cover a wider range than the classic markets of England, Ireland, and Germany.

To give an example, we participated in the Sweden Buying Properties Abroad Trade Fair which was organized in Malmö, the third biggest city of Sweden, so that we could promote our projects in the North European market which has quite significance in regards to the Aegean and Mediterranean regions. Our stand was popular among the northerner investors particularly during the fair that took place in 17-18 November.
